Quality
Assurance We
understand the importance of lab evaluation in order to help clients
select the most cost-effective filter media for the job. Once a
solution is determined, we provide a prototype design and testing. We
can test according to each client’s parameters. The quality
inspectors at Flair Strainers & Filters conduct Simulated
Filtration Test based on the following parameters:-
- Filter
media life
- Filter
media efficiency
- Flow
rate.
A
Standard Textile Test is also conducted in order to ensure the
requisite tensile strength and air permeability. In order to ensure
excellent quality of the products, we have a special mechanism in
place as part of our quality control process, according to which we
have Third Party Inspection (by PDIL, LRIS, BVIS, ABS, CEIL, IBR,
EIL, ICB, TPL, NTPC, UHDE, JH & G, and others as required.)
Raw
materials are acquired strictly in conformation to the their
specification in grades of carbon steel, alloy steel, authentic
steel, high alloy steel, etc. in the form of plates, pipes, forgings
and castings, etc. Owing to these quality measures, we have secured
